1. Service calls can be scheduled by:

2. Closest available local technician dispatched to you via cell phone.
3. Response time guaranteed to be 4 normal business hours or less on forklifts out of service or the first hour is free.
4. Factory trained technicians to service all makes and models of forklifts, personnel carriers, aerial lifts, and other similar equipment.
5. Service vans equipped with diagnostic equipment and stocked with the most commonly used parts (most non-stock parts available next day).
6. Two parts distribution locations in Central Indiana for our technicians to draw from.

Services Provided

1. Breakdown repairs and Preventative Maintenance service.
2. OSHA approved Safety Inspections.
3. Night, weekend and holiday Emergency Call Out service available.
4. Overhauls and major repairs (done in our fully equipped shop located in Indianapolis).
5. Rental equipment for seasonal needs. Discounted rental rates provided on temporary replacement equipment when your equipment is being repaired in our shop.
6. Indylift maintains it’s own specialized transport trucks in order to provide our customers needing rental equipment and/or shop repair of their equipment with prompt pickup/delivery at extremely reasonable rates.

Please note that submitting this form only provides our service department with information about your service need and does not commit your company to a service call. Indylift Service Department will first call or email you during normal business hours to confirm your request and answer any questions you might have. Should you then decide to proceed, a call will be scheduled and an estimated arrival time for the technician provided.

Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Emergency night and weekend service is available after normal business hours by calling 317-545-6631 and leaving a message with your name, company name and a phone number you can be reached at. Night Dispatch will call you back promptly.
