| The H25CT-600 with a base capacity of 5,500 lbs. at 24" load center is an excellent product for high cycle warehousing and manufacturing operations. The three way adjustable full suspension seat has a right side armrest with joystick controls for lift, tilt and optional attachments. Coupled with automatic braking upon release of the directional control pedals and on demand hydrostatic power steering, the H25CT-600 is unmatched in operating efficiency. |

| Operator compartment
Low driver step height and spacious foot-well ensure easy on/off access. A spacious cabin area yields plenty of room for maximum operator comfort. Linde Load Control (LLC) provides precision control of all mast functions via armrest joysticks while Linde twin-pedal directional control boosts working speed and efficiency by reducing the time required to change travel direction and speed. Shock-mounted axles, mast, tilt cylinders, chassis, hydraulic controls and adjustable driver bucket seat guarantee a superior ride on any surface. The design of the mast and drivers overhead guard provides excellent visibility in all directions. |
| Chassis
Integral frame and overhead guard construction creates a super-tough cage structure designed to deliver maximum operator protection and safety. The standard belly-pan contributes to additional chassis strength and rigidity while protecting all components located within the chassis confines. |
| Engine and drive system
Linde-built dual hydrostatic direct wheel drives, without gear reduction assemblies, deliver unmatched vehicle efficiency, response and control. There are no clutches, differential or brakes required for day-to-day operation in even the harshest environments. The overhead-cam VW BEF-LP engine technology delivers unmatched fuel economy, as well as EPA compliant engine exhaust and noise emissions. |
| Electrical system
Linde Truck Control [LTC] for drive and hydraulic functions delivers pinpoint accurate control of all truck travel and work functions via microprocessor based solid-state control module. All operating parameters are adjustable by laptop computer to match specific application requirements. An auto-diagnosis function makes for uncomplicated troubleshooting procedures. |
| Masts and tilt cylinders
Outstanding base and residual truck capacities are realized through the innovative design of the truck frame, overhead guard and the mast and tilt cylinder mounting points. Overhead mounted tilt cylinders dramatically reduce load torsion forces at the mast mounting points. Mast and tilt cylinders are shock-mounted via high-density neoprene isolator bushings and all mounting points are absolutely maintenance free. An internally mounted hose reel simplifies the routing of all hydraulic lines through the mast which results in exceptional visibility for the driver. The clean and simple hose routing also vastly increases service/repair efficiencies. |
| Brake systems
No-wear three-way braking is provided as standard equipment. The hydrostatic drive system features full-time dynamic braking by simply releasing foot pressure on either the forward or reverse directional control pedals. The truck parking brake utilizes wet-disc design and operates maintenance free. The wet-disc brakes are also automatically engaged when the engine is shut down for maximum safety. |
